Social previews & cloaking

Control how your link looks when shared, and where the address bar points.

Custom social previews

By default, a shared link unfurls using the destination's own preview. Override it on the Advanced tab:

• Title - the headline in the preview card.
• Description - the supporting text.
• Image - the preview image URL.

Now every share looks intentional and on-brand, no matter what the destination sets.

Cloaking

Turn on Cloak destination to keep your short link in the browser's address bar while showing the destination's content underneath. The visitor stays on your domain the whole time.

Use it thoughtfully - cloaking hides the real destination, so only use it for content you own or are authorized to serve.
