1. Agreement

By creating an account or using pinr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using pinr on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

pinr lets you create short links, generate QR codes, apply redirect rules, and view click analytics. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and is free during our beta period. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use pinr to create or distribute links to content that is illegal, malicious, or deceptive. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Phishing, malware, or fraud, or disguising a destination to deceive users.
• Spam, or bulk distribution of links in violation of anti-spam laws.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates the rights of others.
• Attempts to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service or its limits.

We may disable links or accounts that violate these Terms, and may cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5. Your links and content

You retain ownership of the destinations you link to and the content you create. You are solely responsible for the links you create and where they point. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service - for example, to store, resolve, and serve your links and to render their previews.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to pinr. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not responsible for the content or availability of destinations that links point to.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pinr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; some provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
