Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Add a second step to your login with an authenticator app.

Enable 2FA

1. Go to Settings -> Security.
2. Click Set up two-factor.
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.).
4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. 2FA is now on.

Signing in

After your password, you'll be asked for the current 6-digit code from your app.

Turning it off

On the Security tab, click Disable and enter a current code to confirm.

Tip: keep a backup of your authenticator (most apps sync or export) so you don't get locked out if you change phones.
